Breaking Up Bad Breath!

To avoid to repulse one’s chum, confidant, friend, sidekick, or roadie when you talk or breathe it might be a good idea to keep your breath fresh and clean by brushing your teeth on a daily basis at least twice a day and using mouthwash or taking a breath mint or spray. If you happen to find yourself in a situation where these items are not available there are other ways of keeping your breath unoffensive to other individuals you may encounter by using either natural or alternative methods. Before mentioning the alternatives that can be used some of the basic causes of bad breath can be tobacco if you are a smoker, teeth that are not brushed, gum disease, alcohol, garlic, coffee, onions, and bacteria build up from leftover food particles in between and on your teeth.

Some simple and effective ways of eliminating bad breath if the toothpaste is not on hand can be fennel seeds which contain natural properties that prevent microbial growth of bacteria. Baking soda might not be pleasant for everyone when it comes to taste but its pH levels that keeps bacteria from advancing makes up for that unpopular taste for some people by breaking up and knocking out bad breath. Flossing after you eat will remove the particles of food in between your teeth that a toothbrush can’t get to most of the time which decreases any chance of a bacteria build up that causes offensive breath. Keeping your internal system clean can also be a factor in keeping your breath fresh because if you’re not regular on a daily basis there is going to be a bacteria build up in your system and whatever is in your system is going to be revealed to someone through their nose if you happen to be up in their face trying to hold a conversation. Some methods for staying regular on a daily basis can be achieved by either drinking green tea, mineral water, or an abundant amount of spring water which averages out to about 8 glasses per day. Brushing your tongue with your toothbrush is a good way of keeping your breath fresh because the scraping motion from the bristles of the toothbrush kills the bacteria on the tongue. Maintaining these simple hygienic steps will keep your mouth clean, fresh, and healthy.
