Keep The Faith!

If you desire to have big muscles and you’re dedicated to working out, eating right and supplementing but fail to achieve the muscle growth you desire, you must not give up on your training or the supplements you are taking. Nothing happens overnight and like everything else it takes time to achieve your goals.

You must have faith in your workout routine and the supplements you are using. If you’re taking protein and branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) continue to do so because the branched-chain amino acids stimulates the building and assembling of protein within the muscle tissue while reducing muscle breakdown. If you’ve reached a plateau change your routine but never give up on your workout because persistence will lead to successful muscle growth.
